Working Principle:
The inert gas protected pulverizer is used to pulverize flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized materials by adding an inert gas (nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) as a medium to achieve closed-loop circulation pulverization. The production line consists of a compression system, a filtration system, a pulverizing system, a grading system, a collection system, a feeding and unloading system, a gas purity testing and replenishment system, a nitrogen (argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) generation system, and an electrical control system. It is widely used in the processing of metal powders, easily oxidized raw materials, and flammable and explosive materials.
