Description of Laboratory Pneumatic Pulverizer:
This laboratory pneumatic pulverizer is a small-scale laboratory device specifically developed by our company for universities and research institutions. It is compact in size, easy to assemble and disassemble.
Using fluid dynamics numerical simulation software to calculate the optimal flow field, it overcomes particle acceleration technology, greatly improving pulverization efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and minimizing over-pulverization.
Features of an Airflow Mill Used in Laboratory:
- Processes particles with a fineness of 1-74µm, narrow particle size distribution, and no large particles;
- Pulverizes materials through collision, capable of processing materials with a Mohs hardness of 1-10, with no iron contamination in the product;
- Optimized cooling flow field; the rapid expansion of the airflow during pulverization lowers the airflow temperature, making it particularly suitable for processing heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials;
- Optimized equipment structure improves performance, effectively dispersing and dissociating agglomerated ultrafine powders and polymers;
- Unique distribution flow field technology achieves optimal pulverization efficiency and a strict particle size distribution. Particle size can be arbitrarily adjusted between 1-74µm, reaching submicron levels. Material loss is low, achieving complete pulverization within the pulverizing chamber with minimal residue. The equipment has no dead corners, is easy to clean, and fully complies with GMP standards;
- Its unique jetting and flow-dividing technology is suitable for processing adhesive materials;
- It can mix and pulverize several materials and has excellent mixing capabilities;
- It operates under fully sealed negative pressure, eliminating environmental pollution.
