This production system includes: raw material conveying – magnetic separation – crushing – grading – finished product conveying – granulation – drying – conveying – packaging – palletizing.

After waste tires undergo high-temperature pyrolysis in the pyrolysis furnace, approximately 30-40% of the carbon black is produced. This system primarily processes this portion of pyrolysis carbon black, and the product fineness can be adjusted according to the specific applications of downstream carbon black customers. This further processed carbon black can increase the profitability of the waste tire pyrolysis industry and significantly reduce costs for downstream carbon black users.
