Working Principle of QF Grinding System:

This system comprises crushing, grinding, grading, packaging, silos, conveying, and elevators. After coarse crushing, the material is conveyed into the raw material silo and then fed into the ultrafine ball mill via a controllable feeder. Inside the mill, the grinding media utilize the energy gained from the mill's rotation to impact and grind the material. The pulverized material then enters an air classifier via a discharge silo to separate coarse and fine powders. Qualified fine powder is collected by a collector, while coarse particles are re-entered into the ball mill for further grinding via the classifier's discharge valve. Microparticles are filtered by a high-efficiency dust collector, and the purified gas is discharged by an induced draft fan.

  • The ultrafine ball mill classification production line is an internationally standardized non-mineral processing production line that perfectly combines ultrafine ball milling technology with self-diverting micro-powder classification technology. It is a new type of energy-saving and high-efficiency grinding production line. Multiple classifiers can be connected in parallel or in series after the ball mill to simultaneously produce products of multiple particle sizes.
