Horizontal Ultra Micro Pulverizer |
CJ Series Ultrafine Pulverizer Working Principle:
This machine is a horizontal shaft reflective pulverizer that can simultaneously complete two processing steps: micro-pulverization and particle sorting. The pulverizer consists of a moving disc and a toothed ring. Through the high-speed rotation of the specially shaped moving disc, the material is subjected to repeated compression, collision, and shearing, thereby achieving pulverization. The material is conveyed into the pulverizing chamber by a quantitative feeding system. The material is impacted and sheared between the high-speed rotating rotor and the toothed stator. The pulverized material enters the classification zone under the drive of airflow. Qualified material is collected by a cyclone and dust collector, while unqualified material is returned to the pulverizing zone for further pulverization.
Features of the CJ Series Ultrafine Pulverizer:
- Compact and reasonable structure, small size, low energy consumption, high efficiency, stable speed, low noise, reliable sealing, no dust pollution, simple installation, easy disassembly and repair, and convenient replacement of worn parts;
- This equipment adopts the advantages of domestic and foreign dry mechanical pulverizers. Depending on the needs, it can use high-volume airflow or water jacket cooling to reduce pulverization heat and prevent material particles from sticking to the walls and pulverizing disc;
- Integrated pulverizing and classifying machine, capable of timely distributing materials that meet the fineness requirements, avoiding over-pulverization, and achieving a narrow particle size distribution; fineness 200-600 mesh, adjustable online.
Applications of CJ Series Ultrafine Pulverizer:
This machine features a self-cooling function and is particularly suitable for processing thermoplastic and fibrous materials. It is an ideal pulverizer for chemical, pharmaceutical, condiment, coating, pigment, dye, feed, plastic, carbon black, catalyst, aluminum hydroxide, alumina, talc, mica, graphite, AC foaming agent, petroleum coke, pesticides, dyes, coatings, flame retardants, carbon black, electronic materials, rubber, metallurgy, ceramics, food, building materials, ores, cement, refractory materials, inorganic minerals, grains, etc. |
