This machine is a horizontal shaft reflective pulverizer that can simultaneously complete two processing steps: micro-pulverization and particle sorting. The pulverizer consists of a moving disc and a toothed ring. Through the high-speed rotation of the specially shaped moving disc, the material particles are repeatedly squeezed, collided, and sheared between the moving disc and the stationary toothed ring, thereby achieving pulverization. The material is conveyed into the pulverizing chamber by a quantitative feeding system. The material is impacted and sheared between the high-speed rotating rotor and the toothed stator. The pulverized material enters the classification zone under the drive of airflow. Qualified material is collected by a cyclone and dust collector, while unqualified material is returned to the pulverizing zone for further pulverization.
