Description of Multi-Functional Pulverizer:
The multi-functional pulverizer utilizes the high-speed relative motion between a movable and a fixed toothed disc to pulverize materials through a combination of tooth impact, friction, and mutual impact. The machine features a simple and robust structure, stable operation, and excellent pulverizing effect. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the main grinding chamber. The pulverizing force can be adjusted by changing the mesh size of the screen. Furthermore, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is machined to achieve a smooth surface, eliminating the rough inner wall and powder accumulation issues of previous models. This makes the production of pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals more compliant with national standards and GMP requirements.
The multi-functional pulverizer is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, food, and construction. It processes hard and difficult-to-pulverize materials, including plastics, copper wire, traditional Chinese medicine, and rubber. It can also be used as a supporting equipment for pre-processing steps in micro-pulverizers and ultra-micro-pulverizers. Its powder collection chamber adopts a fully enclosed sound-absorbing structure, effectively reducing operating noise. The machine is equipped with a cooling device to lower the machine temperature and ensure more stable operation. The motor speed is 5000 rpm. It is made of Icr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, which has strong wear and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for processing high-grade and corrosive materials. The machine uses an impact crushing method. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is impacted by six high-speed rotating hammers. The material is crushed through the impact of the toothed ring and the hammers themselves. The crushed material, aided by airflow, passes through the sieve and enters the powder bag without leaving any residue. It features high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance and product quality, safe operation, and low chemical waste.
Operation Precautions of Multi-Functional Pulverizer:
- Before using the multi-functional pulverizer, check that all fasteners are tightened and the belts are tensioned.
- The spindle rotation direction must match the arrow direction shown on the protective cover; otherwise, the machine will be damaged and personal injury may occur.
- Check that the electrical components of the multi-functional pulverizer are intact.
- Check the pulverizing chamber for any hard objects such as metal, as these may damage the blades and affect machine operation.
- Before pulverizing, the purity of the material must be checked. Hard metal objects are not allowed to mix in, as this may damage the blades or cause accidents such as fires.
6. The oil cup on the multi-functional pulverizer should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure normal machine operation.
- Stop feeding material before stopping the machine. If the machine will not be used further, remove any remaining material.
- Regularly check the blades and screen of the multi-functional pulverizer for damage. If any damage is found, replace them immediately. 9. During use, the multi-functional crusher may experience slight vibrations. Be sure to tighten the handle connecting the cover to prevent accidents.
