Inert Gas Protection
Airflow Classifier QLFD C |
Working Principle:
The material operates within a closed, inert gas protected environment, forming a closed-loop inert gas circulation system. The complete set of equipment consists of an inert gas source, an oxygen content tester, an inlet pipeline system, a closed-loop feeding system, a vertical turbine classifier, an induced draft fan, a closed-loop displacement discharge valve, an anti-static pulse reverse air dust collector, and an inert gas replenishment device. Under the action of negative pressure air, the material enters the classification zone quantitatively from above the equipment through the feeder. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the gaps between the classification wheel blades. Coarse particles, carrying some fine particles, are impacted by a secondary fan and, under the action of secondary air, enter the secondary classification zone for a third classification. Materials that meet the particle size requirements enter the primary separation zone through a fan for further classification. Materials that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone collector or dust collector through the classifier wheel blades. The separated coarse particles are discharged through the unloader.
Equipment Characteristics:
- Utilizes inert gases (nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) for protection, preventing combustion and explosion of flammable and explosive materials during the crushing process.
- The entire system is fully enclosed, with inert gas recirculation, requiring minimal replenishment and resulting in low production costs.
- Suitable for fine classification of powders, with adjustable particle size and high classification efficiency (extraction rate), ranging from 70% to 90%.
- High classification accuracy and narrow particle size distribution, completely eliminating excessively large particles and sieve residues in the product.
- The system operates under negative pressure, eliminating dust pollution, and boasts a high degree of automation and strong stability.
- Multiple classifiers can be connected in series to simultaneously produce products across multiple particle size ranges.
- Can be connected in series with impact mills, vibratory mills, Raymond mills, etc., to form a closed-loop system.
