Working Principle of JXM Series Superfine Grinding Machine:
This machine is a dry roller mill pulverizer that cleverly utilizes an arc-shaped grinding track and rationally applies collision, rolling, and grinding mechanisms. It integrates pulverization and classification, promptly extracting qualified fine powder while continuing to grind coarse powder, avoiding over-grinding. It can replace Raymond mills for ultrafine pulverization.
Applications include heavy calcium carbonate, kaolin, marble, barite, gypsum, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, activated carbon, asphalt coke, pyrolysis carbon black, graphite, etc.
The complete JXM ring roller micro powder mill (medium-speed micro powder mill) includes: hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage silo, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, classifier, diffusion-type double cyclone dust collector, pulse dust collector, high-pressure blower, and silencer. The main motor drives the main shaft and each layer of turntables to rotate via a reducer. The turntables drive dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate within the magic ring raceway via pins. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then conveyed to a storage silo by an elevator. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly delivers the material to the center of the upper turntable. Under centrifugal force, the material disperses to the periphery and falls into the roller track of the magic ring, where it is crushed by the ring rollers through impact, rolling, and grinding. After the first layer of crushing, the material falls into the second and third layers. The suction effect of a high-pressure centrifugal fan draws outside air into the machine and carries the coarse powder from the third layer of crushing into the classifier. The vortex generated by the rotating turbine inside the classifier causes the coarse particles to fall back for regrinding, while the fine powder enters the cyclone dust collector with the airflow and is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom as the finished product. The airflow containing a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and then discharged through a fan and a silencer. |
