Working Principle:
This mechanical inert gas protected pulverizer is specifically designed and developed for flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized materials. By modifying the airflow and the equipment's inlet and outlet, the sealing performance is improved. The entire system uses inert gas as the working medium, with the exhaust fan outlet connected to the pulverizer's inlet, forming a closed-loop inert gas circulation system. The complete set of equipment consists of an inert gas source, an oxygen content analyzer, an inlet pipeline system, a closed-loop feeding system, a vertical turbine classifier, an exhaust fan, a sealed displacement discharge valve, an anti-static pulse reverse air dust collector, and an inert gas replenishment device.
