CJL Mechanical Mill Working Principle:
The rotating grinding disc effectively impacts and shears the material at the feed inlet, crushing it. The crushed powder is then carried by the circulating airflow to the classification zone. At the classification wheel, fine powder is drawn into its interior and collected as the final product. Coarse powder, under the influence of centrifugal force, flows back to the grinding chamber through the inner guide ring for further crushing.
