Working Principle of QLMA Series:
After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected at high speed into the crushing chamber through a Laval nozzle. This causes the material to repeatedly collide and rub against each other at the intersection of the high-pressure airflow, resulting in crushing. The crushed coarse and fine mixture then reaches the classification zone under the action of a negative pressure fan. The strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine separates the coarse and fine materials. Material meeting the particle size requirements passes through the classifier wheel and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The granular material then descends to the crushing zone for further crushing.
Equipment Features of QLMA Series:
- Suitable for dry grinding of various materials with a Mohs hardness of 9 or less, especially suitable for grinding high-hardness, high-purity, and high-value-added materials;
- Breakthrough in particle acceleration technology greatly improves grinding efficiency, reduces energy consumption, produces finely ground particles with good shape, narrow particle size distribution, and no large particles. Product particle size D97: adjustable between 2-75 microns;
- During the grinding process, the airflow temperature decreases due to rapid expansion, making it particularly suitable for grinding heat-sensitive, low-melting-point, sugar-containing, and volatile materials;
- Grinding is achieved through material collision, unlike mechanical grinding which relies on the impact of blades or hammers. Therefore, the equipment experiences no wear, resulting in high product purity;
- Can be used in series with a multi-stage classifier to produce products of multiple particle size ranges in one operation;
- Compact equipment structure, easy disassembly and cleaning, smooth inner wall with no dead corners;
- The entire system is a closed grinding system, dust-free, low-noise, and clean and environmentally friendly production process;
- The control system is program-controlled and easy to operate;
- It can mix and crush several materials, with a variable combination structure, compact design, and multiple uses.
