Equipment Characteristics:
Composed of a U-shaped container, ribbon stirring blades, and transmission components; the U-shaped elongated cylindrical structure ensures low-resistance movement of the mixed materials (powders, semi-fluids) within the cylinder. The forward and reverse rotating ribbons are mounted on the same horizontal axis, creating a geodynamically efficient mixing environment. The ribbon blades are generally made in double or triple layers; the outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, while the inner spiral transports the material from the center to both sides, allowing the material to form more vortices during flow. This accelerates the mixing speed and improves the mixing uniformity.
Discharge Mode:
Powder materials are discharged via a pneumatically operated large-opening door, offering advantages such as rapid discharge and no residue. High-fineness or semi-fluid materials are discharged via manual or pneumatic butterfly valves, which can be equipped with heating or cooling jackets. Heating methods include electric heating and conductor heating, with rapid cooling. Small-sized mixers use a direct-drive reducer, resulting in a simple structure, high reliability, and easy maintenance. Large-sized mixers use a belt-driven cycloidal reducer, whose elastic belt connection offers the advantage of protecting transmission components in case of overload.
