Working Principle:
This equipment integrates crushing and grading. Material, under negative pressure, is quantitatively fed directly into the grading zone from above by the feeder. The strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating grading turbine separates coarse and fine materials. Fine particles meeting the particle size requirements pass through the gaps in the grading wheel blades into a cyclone separator or dust collector for collection. Coarse particles, carrying some fine particles, are further graded by the impact fan under the action of secondary air. Fine particles meeting the particle size requirements pass through the gaps in the grading wheel blades into a cyclone separator or dust collector for collection. Coarse particles pass through the fan into the secondary grading zone, where they undergo a third grading under the action of secondary air. Material meeting the particle size requirements passes through the fan into the primary grading zone for further grading. Those meeting the particle size requirements pass through the grading wheel blades into a cyclone collector or dust collector. The separated coarse particles are discharged through the discharger. |
